Xp Rate.

iv changed the xp rate that you get per hit to make the server not easy leveling. you used to get 3k xp per hit. you now get 500, im thinking about deleting all characters and making every1 start all over, but all the staff accounts will still be remembered,also i might give you back your super fast leveling it depends on how it works out.
